    To book an appointment in the store and check our location select 'book an appointment in the store' option, or 'post your device' to get the address necessary to post your device. In the next step, you will be asked to confirm your order by providing your name and email. Most pre-booked watch repairs in the store take up to 24h. If you have sent your item by post you will receive a confirmation once we have received your device. As soon as we fix your phone and ship it back to you, you will also receive a notification about your delivery date. Payments are taken over the phone or business bank account transfers.
